On September 3rd, I made the commitment that on Oct 1st 2013 to push the boundaries of my physical and mental state.  Over the month of September I let my body go.  I gained weight(or at least tried), ate crap, and ignored all the good that comes from a healthy lifestyle.

Over the month of October, I will begin my path to to physical/mental balance.  Follow me as I become free….

 It’s only after we’ve lost everything that we’re free to do anything.
